Most of Coy Creations' basket and gift designs are solely based on personalization.
I like to consult with my clients to learn more about the person receiving the gift
and in order to gain a better idea of how to design the gift. I include favorite colors,
items, and other trinkets that are significant to the receiver, the giver, and their
relationship with one another.

Custom and large orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit to process the order.
Holiday Orders should be placed within 2 weeks of the holiday, if possible, to
guarantee delivery before the holiday.

order after it has been submitted. A 10% cancellation fee will apply.
